We are so excited! We have been looking for quite sometime. This was actually one of the first houses we looked at and ended up comparing every house after it to this one. This one was originally intended to be a model home. Half way through the build out the company decided to sell it. So with it being unfinished, we ended up getting to choose a lot of things for ourselves. We met with the carpet company a few weeks ago and the painter the other day. Let me tell you, getting to pick out all your own colors is fun! It's like building your own house with out all the wait!
This is my Huge kitchen! Look at all those cabinets......YES!!!!! Space!!!!!! And there's a cute boy standing in it!
Here we have our fabulous dinning area. There is a nice deck off of the sliding doors, and to the left you can see that it is open above that beam to the other room.
This is our landing when you walk in the front door. There is a sliding glass door that you can't see right across from the main door. The other small door leads to the garage.
This is what you see when you walk in. You can go up stairs to the living room, kitchen, dinning room, bedrooms and bathroom......Or down stairs to an unfinished family room, 2 more bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry room:)
Notice the cool cathedral ceilings! The first open spot goes to the dinning room the second to the kitchen!
Well, there is no carpet yet or paint so it will look different when we move in; but we are soooo happy to be able to share this news with you! We absolutely love our soon to be home!!!!!!!!!!
We don't have a closing date yet....so we're not sure when we actually move; but we'll keep you all posted!
